The walk doesn\u2019t need to be scenic or enjoyable. It just needs to happen.<\/p>\n<p data-journey-content=\"true\" data-node-id=\"15\" class=\"css-6wxqfj emevuu60\">By lowering the barrier to entry, walking becomes something people can repeat daily, even when motivation is low, energy is lacking or life gets busy.
