Shoppers are singing the praises of a \u20ac15 gadget<\/a> that they say is helping their homes feel warmer ‘within an hour’, just in time for another cold snap<\/a> sweeping across Ireland.<\/p>\n

Met Eireann <\/a>has warned: “Over the next few days we’ll see cooler days and chilly nights with frost, ice and freezing fog.” Daytime temperatures are forecast to remain in single figures, dropping as low as -2C overnight.<\/p>\n

With energy bills soaring amid the ongoing cost of living crisis<\/a>, many households are looking for ways to boost warmth without constantly running central heating. From nearly 2,000 buyers, the foil has earned an average rating of 4.5 stars out of five<\/a>. The majority of reviews are five star, with one impressed shopper raving about the foil’s ability to heat a room ‘within an hour of installing’.<\/p>\n

They said: “Wish I’d have had this years ago<\/a>. The roll managed to go behind five of my radiators, and within an hour of installing, my living room temperature went up 1C! Easy to fit, and only a pair of scissors required to get the cut to slide over the radiator wall fixing brackets.”<\/p>\n
