Bailey Smith shied away from the cameras on Thursday as he attended the 2025 AFL Awards in Melbourne<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The footy star, who has been spotted on two dates with Gold Coast<\/a> influencer Tammy Hembrow<\/a>, opted to go under the radar by skipping the red carpet.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The 24-year-old\u00a0Geelong Cats midfielder was later spotted inside Centrepiece at Melbourne Park chatting to guests, but his ladylove was nowhere to be seen.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Bailey cleaned up nicely in a black suit jacket and unbuttoned shirt.<\/p>\n

He wore his signature long blonde locks loose on the night as he mingled with guests at the star-studded event.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Tammy, 31, was absent from Bailey’s arm despite being in Melbourne on Wednesday for ‘a little work’ and ‘a little play’.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The fitness influencer\u00a0addressed her new romance with Bailey at a Sasha Therese fashion event, which was held at\u00a0Maison B\u00e2tard.\u00a0<\/p>\n

She described Bailey as a ‘sweetie’ and said he’s a ‘good guy’.<\/p>\n

‘I’m here [in Melbourne] for a few things. A little work, a little play, a little bit of both,’ she told the Herald Sun.<\/p>\n

‘I’m not going to say anything about Bailey except he’s a sweetie, he’s a good guy.’<\/p>\n

She also wouldn’t comment on making an appearance at the 2025 Brownlow next month alongside the Geelong star.<\/p>\n

Tammy sent fans into a tailspin after being spotted on multiple dates with Bailey earlier this month.<\/p>\n

The AFL star flew from Melbourne to the Gold Coast two weekends in a row to woo the YouTuber.<\/p>\n

The couple were first seen leaving hand-in-hand after a meal at swanky Asian fusion restaurant Rick Shores at Burleigh Heads before being caught making out at another restaurant.<\/p>\n

The pair were more recently spotted enjoying a romantic stroll to Nobby Beach, where the footy player appeared to have his arm wrapped around Tammy’s hips.<\/p>\n

Since Tammy’s public appearances with the AFL star, her ex-husband Matt Zukowski has admitted he felt ‘hurt’ watching his former partner move on so quickly after their break-up.<\/p>\n

The Love Island star also hinted he was the one to end things between them, despite speculation that Tammy was the one who ended it.<\/p>\n

‘A couple of months ago, I made one of the hardest decisions of my life,’ he revealed on his Where’s Your Head At? podcast with Anna McEvoy.<\/p>\n

‘I decided to leave a relationship that I found was not right for me.’<\/p>\n

Matt and Tammy got engaged in December 2023 after just three months of dating and tied the knot almost a year later.<\/p>\n

However, rumours of a split began to circulate earlier this year and, in June, the couple confirmed their split just seven months after marrying.<\/p>\n
