<\/p>\nThe \u201cKalp Hizas\u0131\u201d exhibition, showcasing nearly four decades of work by Turkish artist Cemal Toy, will be held at the AKM Gallery from Aug. 23 to Sept. 7. The exhibition features pieces from different periods of Toy\u2019s career, including early academic works and later abstract art series.<\/p>\n
Curated by Bet\u00fcl Tekiner, the exhibition brings together several of Toy\u2019s significant series, such as \u201cEvery City Looks at Him,\u201d \u201cInfinite Cities,\u201d \u201cIstanbul Panorama,\u201d \u201cTawhid Series,\u201d \u201cWomen of the World,\u201d \u201cFire and Water,\u201d \u201cAbstract Series\u201d and \u201cDervishes.\u201d The show offers a broad overview of the artist\u2019s evolving style and thematic interests.<\/p>\n
Toy, who has also been an influential educator, is known for sharing his artistic experience with thousands of students. The exhibition aims to present his works as both visual statements and as a connection between past, present and future artistic dialogues.<\/p>\n
In addition to the display, the event will include programs designed to engage audiences of different ages, including child-friendly activities.<\/p>\n
