With less than two weeks to go before the 2026 Grammys<\/a> winners are unveiled, there has been a major shakeup in the Album of the Year race, per the Gold Derby odds<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Deb\u00ed Tirar M\u00e1s Fotos has surpassed Lady Gaga<\/a><\/strong>‘s Mayhem to claim the No. 1 position in our predictions. The hip-hop star now has a 39.5 percent chance of prevailing for Album of the Year, just a tick ahead of the Mother Monster at 35.7 percent. Bad Bunny made Grammy history this year by becoming the first Spanish-language performer nominated in Album of the Year, Song of the Year, and Record of the Year in a single cycle.<\/p>\n

Bunny, who will perform during next month’s Super Bowl halftime show, received six Grammy nominations in all. The Puerto Rican rapper, singer, and producer is up for Album of the Year, Record of the Year (“DTMF”), Song of the Year (“DTMF”), Best M\u00fasica Urbana Album, Best Global Music Performance, and Best Album Cover. He previously won three Grammys<\/a> for Best M\u00fasica Urbana Album (Un Verano Sin Ti and El \u00daltimo Tour Del Mundo), and Best Latin Pop or Urban Album (YHLQMDLG).<\/p>\n

Gaga’s seven bids this year are for Album of the Year, Record of the Year (“Abracadabra”), Song of the Year (“Abracadabra”), Best Pop Solo Performance, Best Pop Vocal Album, Best Dance Pop Recording, and Best Traditional Pop Vocal Album. To date, the pop superstar has won a total of 14 Grammys, including most recently Best Pop Duo\/Group Performance (“Die With a Smile,” with Bruno Mars<\/strong>) and Best Traditional Pop Vocal Album (Love for Sale).<\/p>\n

Bad Bunny’s rising support comes as more of Gold Derby’s experts, editors, and users are making or updating their Grammy predictions<\/a>. With just days to go before the big event, the top category continues to be a nail-biter.<\/p>\n

Two others to watch out for in the Album of the Year race, per our odds, are Sabrina Carpenter<\/strong>‘s Man’s Best Friend at 17.9 percent and Kendrick Lamar<\/strong>‘s GNX at 5.5 percent.<\/p>\n

Carpenter’s six nominations this year are for Album of the Year, Record of the Year (“Manchild”), Song of the Year (“Manchild”), Best Pop Solo Performance, Best Pop Vocal Album, and Best Music Video. She currently has two Grammys on her mantelpiece for Best Pop Vocal Album (Short n’ Sweet) and Best Pop Solo Performance (“Espresso”).<\/p>\n

Lamar topped all other artists this cycle by receiving a leading nine Grammy nods: Album of the Year, Record of the Year (“Luther”), Song of the Year (“Luther”), Best Pop Duo\/Group Performance, Best Rap Performance (twice), Best Melodic Rap Performance, Best Rap Song, and Best Rap Album. He is already a 22-time Grammy champion, including most recently Record of the Year and Song of the Year for “Not Like Us.”<\/p>\n

The remaining four Album of the Year nominees all have a less than 1 percent chance of claiming victory: Justin Bieber<\/strong>‘s Swag, Clipse<\/strong>‘s Let God Sort Em Out, Tyler the Creator<\/strong>‘s Chromakopia, and Leon Thomas<\/strong>‘ Mutt.<\/p>\n
