In the 29th edition of the Money League, the top 20 highest revenue generating football clubs for the 2024\/25 season were revealed by the Deloitte Sports Business Group.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">The respective clubs made collective history after generating a record \u00a310.4billion (\u20ac12bn) in revenue for the first time. The mammoth figure marks an 11% figure in all three main revenue streams of commercial revenue, matchday revenue and broadcast revenue, which increased from last season.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">The top four spots were dominated by several of Europe&#8217;s footballing superpowers with <a class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.mirror.co.uk\/all-about\/real-madrid-cf\" target=\"\" aria-label=\"\" rel=\"follow nofollow noopener\" tabindex=\"0\">Real Madrid<\/a> retaining their spot, having earned close to \u00a31bn (\u20ac1.2bn). The Spanish giants were followed closely by <a class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.mirror.co.uk\/all-about\/fc-barcelona\" target=\"\" aria-label=\"\" rel=\"follow nofollow noopener\" tabindex=\"0\">Barcelona<\/a> who generated \u00a3849million (\u20ac975m) with <a class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.mirror.co.uk\/all-about\/bayern-munich\" target=\"\" aria-label=\"\" rel=\"follow nofollow noopener\" tabindex=\"0\">Bayern Munich<\/a> rounding out the top three with \u00a3750m (\u20ac861m) earned.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">Paris Saint-Germain are the lone Ligue 1 club on the entire list and rank fourth with last year&#8217;s revenue tipping the scales at \u00a3729m (\u20ac837m). Liverpool were followed by <a class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.mirror.co.uk\/all-about\/manchester-city-fc\" target=\"\" aria-label=\"\" rel=\"follow nofollow noopener\" tabindex=\"0\">Manchester City<\/a> who dropped four places to sixth with their revenue falling to \u00a3722m (\u20ac829m).<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">Pep Guardiola&#8217;s side suffered an unusually early Champions League exit as they were knocked out in the knockout phase play-offs, while finishing third domestically &#8211; their lowest position since the Spaniard&#8217;s arrival a decade ago.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">Four Premier League clubs were ranked from seventh to 10th as Arsenal&#8217;s earnings of \u00a3722m (\u20ac821m) left them closely behind. The Blues&#8217; collection of silverware contributed to their 24\/25 revenue of \u00a3509m (\u20ac584m).<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\"><a class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.mirror.co.uk\/all-about\/aston-villa-fc\" target=\"\" aria-label=\"\" rel=\"follow nofollow noopener\" tabindex=\"0\">Aston Villa<\/a> rose four places from last year and sit 14th in the rankings following their run to the Champions League quarter-finals in the 24\/25 campaign with their earnings topping out at \u00a3392m (\u20ac450m).<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"paragraph\">While Newcastle&#8217;s Carabao Cup final victory last season isn&#8217;t exactly filling their wallets, the Magpies still find a place in the Money League list, but did drop down two places from last year.
