Emily Atack<\/a> continued to show off her dramatic body transformation as she shared behind-the-scenes snaps from filming the second season of Rivals.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The actress, 36, who was hit by claims she’s using weight-loss jabs after displaying a slender frame unveiled her new look over the Christmas<\/a>\u00a0period.<\/p>\n

Taking to her Instagram Story on Friday, Emily shared a mirror selfie from her trailer wearing a brown, beige, blue and orange panelled wrap jacket – featuring a cinched waist.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Emily was glowing as she headed out the door make-up free with her blonde locks scraped back with sunglasses and held a coffee cup up to the mirror.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Hinting at an early start today as she continues to film, Emily, who stars in the Disney+ series as\u00a0Sarah Stratton, shared a snap of a collection of actors’ trailers at dawn.\u00a0<\/p>\n

She also shared a picture of coffee with her name written on it and a box full of watermelon.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

Elsewhere Emily\u00a0looked stunning in new holiday snaps from a getaway with her make-up artist friend earlier this month.<\/a><\/p>\n

Sharing a selection of images from her trip to Cape Town,\u00a0South Africa<\/a>, Emily posed for a mirror selfie wearing a black dress with a printed scarf wrapped around her shoulders.<\/p>\n

She wore her blonde hair swept back into a chic bun, while her make-up was perfectly applied and enhanced her pretty features.<\/p>\n

She was also strolling around in a white mini dress with a pair of stylish Chloe sandals, teamed with a black and white Saint Laurent handbag.<\/p>\n

Emily was away with her friend\u00a0Lydia Barnes, who has previously worked as her makeup artist and stylist, known for creating her signature soft glam looks.<\/p>\n

She posted a snap cuddled up to Lydia with her arms wrapped around her, with incredible views as the background.<\/p>\n

Earlier this week, Emily posted more pictures from the trip including photos\u00a0in a cropped floral shirt and denim shorts.<\/p>\n

Emily cheekily stuck her tongue out as she posed for the mirror selfie in her bedroom before heading out and about in Cape Town.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Taking to her Stories hours before, Emily revealed she was jetting to South Africa<\/a>\u00a0for ‘a few laughs with Marks & Spencers’ as she posed in business class on the place.<\/p>\n

It comes after a carousel of photos that Emily shared sparked an outrageous reaction from her followers.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Her comments section was brimming with messages but many fans rushed to defend the star after some suggested she had turned to weight loss<\/a>\u00a0aids.\u00a0<\/p>\n

‘Skinny jabs are jabbing,’ wrote one follower as another asked, ‘on the jabs? Looks good tho’.<\/p>\n

One fan pointed out in defence of Emily: ‘These comments! Aren’t we over talking about women’s bodies?’<\/p>\n

‘The thing is, women can’t win. We are either too fat or too skinny. While I appreciate you admiring her a bit larger, her size or any woman’s size is not for public comment. Let’s just say she is stunning,’ agreed another.<\/p>\n
