Alumni & Mentorship Officer<\/p>\n

This role focuses on strengthening engagement with TEF\u2019s growing alumni community and managing mentorship structures that support entrepreneurs beyond the initial programme cycle. The successful candidate will contribute to alumni programming, mentor engagement, and long-term value creation for TEF beneficiaries.<\/p>\n

Research Manager<\/p>\n

The Research Manager will lead and support evidence-based research that informs TEF\u2019s strategy, programmes, and policy engagement.
