Chris Sutton dealt out some facts about Arne Slot and ex-Celtic boss Brendan Rodgers after a Liverpool fan called him up fuming about both managers\u2019 situation.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Brendan Rodgers left Celtic<\/a> under a cloud after the Northern Irishman was fed up with the recruitment process at the club.<\/p>\n

Now at Al Qadsiah, Rodgers<\/a> is enjoying life in Saudi Arabia as he leaves his Celtic exit<\/a> well behind him and closes another chapter in Glasgow.<\/p>\n

As for Liverpool boss, Arne Slot<\/a>, he\u2019s under some serious fire as the Anfield club sit 14 points behind Arsenal in the title race.<\/p>\n

And it appears Chris Sutton<\/a> has annoyed one Liverpool fan with his take on Slot\u2019s situation after one called up the Celtic<\/a> hero to \u2018have a bone to pick\u2019 with the former Parkhead striker.<\/p>\n

Slot looks like he could be for the chopping block at Liverpool as their season implodes all around them.<\/p>\n

And it appears that Sutton\u2019s call to make a change at Anfield hasn\u2019t gone down well with one Liverpool supporter.<\/p>\n

A Liverpool fan called Mohamed called BBC 606 and said, \u201cChris, I\u2019ve got a bone to pick with you. You\u2019re a Celtic fan, right?\u201d<\/p>\n

Sutton: \u201cNo, I don\u2019t support anybody. I\u2019m impartial. I\u2019m one of those pundits who\u2019s impartial.\u201d<\/p>\n

Mohamed: \u201cI mean, come on, you support Celtic, come on. And how many managers have Celtic had this season?\u201d<\/p>\n

Sutton: \u201cWell, are you including Martin O\u2019Neill twice?\u201d<\/p>\n

Mohamed: \u201cYeah, and you\u2019ve got Nancy as well. So I never heard you say once to the Celtic fans to be patient with the board or with the manager. So why is it that we, because you\u2019re not a fan of Liverpool, you don\u2019t support Liverpool\u2026\u201d<\/p>\n

Sutton: \u201cBut this is ridiculous, what you\u2019re saying. Hang on a minute. So if you want to talk about Celtic, who was the first manager to go?<\/p>\n

Mohamed: \u201cIt was\u2026 I can\u2019t even remember, how many managers did you have in the season?\u201d<\/p>\n

Sutton: \u201cIt was Brendan Rodgers. Why did he end up leaving?\u201d<\/p>\n

Mohamed: \u201cBecause he wasn\u2019t happy with the board.\u201d<\/p>\n

Sutton: \u201d He wasn\u2019t happy with the recruitment. So that was why he left. So then Martin O\u2019Neill came in briefly interim, and then Nancy and then\u2026So it\u2019s nothing like what\u2019s happened at Liverpool. <\/p>\n

\u201cLiverpool fans are calling for Arne Slot\u2019s head. He won the Premier League last season. I wasn\u2019t calling for Brendan Rodgers\u2019 head at the start of the season with Celtic.\u201d<\/p>\n

Martin O\u2019Neill\u2019s remarkable record at Celtic<\/p>\n

Now that O\u2019Neill<\/a> has taken over at Celtic again, his record at the club remains really impressive.<\/p>\n

In his first spell at Celtic in 2000, O\u2019Neill was in charge of 266 games at the Parkhead club.<\/p>\n

O\u2019Neill won 200, drew 26 and lost just 40 in a remarkable spell that saw him win three league titles, three Scottish Cups and three League Cups and Celtic\u2019s first treble since the Jock Stein era.<\/p>\n

In his first interim spell, O\u2019Neill lost just one game in eight and now back for a second time in temporary charge, a Celtic draw in Bologna<\/a> was preceded by a Scottish Cup win against Auchinleck Talbot.<\/p>\n

Whatever magic O\u2019Neill has at Celtic, fans will be hoping that he sprinkles it at Tynecastle this afternoon.<\/p>\n
