Emmerdale star Lisa Riley has revealed when her character Mandy Dingle will be back on our screens, following the actor’s recent appearance on I’m a Celebrity\u2026 Get Me Out of Here!<\/a>. While her loved ones have been at the forefront of the drama in the village, Mandy has been noticeably missing in action. <\/p>\n

This week, Emmerdale finally unmasked Ray Walters’ killer as Bear Wolf, who was believed to have been murdered by Celia Daniels<\/a> on New Years Day. During the special flashback, viewers saw Ray threatening Paddy Dingle<\/a> and Dylan Penders, before (a very much alive<\/a>) Bear lashed out and choked the villain to death. <\/p>\n

Since then, Paddy has been protecting his vulnerable dad<\/a> by loading Ray’s body into Jai Sharma’s van and keeping Bear hidden while the police conducted their enquiries. <\/p>\n

However, episodes are filmed months ahead of airing, meaning Mandy hasn’t been around to help her family as Riley<\/a> was busy in the jungle at the end of last year. <\/p>\n

Addressing her absence on Twitter\/X<\/a> yesterday, Riley shared that she had already recommenced filming on the soap. The actor assured fans that Mandy’s return is on the horizon and teased “endless drama” to come. <\/p>\n

“Yes, I’ve read all your messages that Paddy & Dylan @dominicbrunt & @Fred_Kettle are in a lot of trouble in @emmerdale,” she wrote, alongside a picture of herself and Dominic Brunt<\/a> (who plays Paddy).<\/p>\n

“We film far in advance – yes I’ve been back filming since 15th Dec. Mandy Dingle will be back week 3 in Feb. keep watching for endless drama. love to you all.”<\/p>\n

The confirmation came as a relief to her followers who described Mandy as “the boss” of the family. “C’mon Mandy your boys need you back x,” replied one, while another wrote: “Go get it sorted mandy the dingles need the boss back.” <\/p>\n

A third added: “Cant wait mandy brings the comedic factor this show lacks!!!!” <\/p>\n

Emmerdale<\/strong> airs on weeknights at 8pm on ITV1, and streams on <\/strong>ITVX<\/strong><\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n
