Its creators are Mickey Down, who hopefully \u2013 for his own sake \u2013 does not know any Irish people with a name like that, and Konrad Kay. They\u2019ve been interviewed by the New Yorker and also the Observer. Down is on Instagram, reportedly posting pictures from luxurious foreign parts.
