Next week on Coronation Street, Debbie drops a bombshell on Carl<\/a> ahead of her day in court. Meanwhile, Kevin’s family and friends try to help when he reaches rock bottom, while Todd continues to suffer in silence under Theo’s latest method of control<\/a>.<\/p>\n

1. Carl lashes out at Debbie’s decision\"carl<\/p>\n

Prior to her court hearing<\/a>, Debbie tells Ryan that she’d like him to run the hotel while she’s in prison.<\/p>\n

Carl catches wind of Debbie’s decision and he’s furious. Carl accuses Debbie of stabbing him in the back and undermining him by putting Ryan in charge.<\/p>\n

Later, Debbie opens up to Carl.<\/p>\n

2. Carl feels guilty\"carl<\/p>\n

ITV<\/p>\n

Summer tells Nina how much she misses Billy<\/a> and knows that he would still be alive if Debbie hadn’t been drink-driving. Carl listens in on their conversation and is overcome with guilt.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Ronnie confides in Carl about his fears that a prison sentence will speed up Debbie’s dementia.<\/p>\n

With Debbie’s future in his hands, Carl decides to put things right.<\/p>\n

3. Debbie reveals a huge secret\"carl<\/p>\n

Ronnie is given fresh cause for concern when Debbie calls him “Ray”. Ronnie shares his latest worries with Carl. After a strange conversation between them, Ronnie fills Debbie in and she races out.<\/p>\n

Carl confesses to Debbie that he was the one driving the car and she’s innocent. Debbie admits that she’s always known but lied to protect him.<\/p>\n

Debbie then drops a huge bombshell on Carl, confessing that she’s his mum<\/a>…<\/p>\n

4. Debbie is sentenced\"debbie<\/p>\n

Debbie is heartbroken when Ryan gives her the key to the flat and reveals that Carl left it at reception. Debbie seeks out Carl and gives a final plea for him to support her in court.<\/p>\n

Later, Debbie is touched to see Ronnie, Kevin, Abi and Ryan gathered in court but is gutted to realise that Carl didn’t come.<\/p>\n

Debbie is called to receive her sentence. What does Debbie’s future hold?<\/p>\n

5. Kevin is hurt by Jack’s decision\"kevin<\/p>\n

Kevin is invited for lunch and is furious to see his family and friends assembled to offer their support to him. Kevin insists that he’s fine and doesn’t need any help.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Jack struggles with the mess and lack of food at No.13. Jack tells Kevin that he is going to stay with Abi for a few days to give Kevin some space to sort himself out.<\/p>\n

Kevin is devastated as Jack leaves him.<\/p>\n

6. Abi tries to save Kevin\"kevin<\/p>\n

Kevin feels guilty over the situation with Jack and his mood takes another turn for the worse when he’s approached by Brian at the garage.<\/p>\n

When Brian points out a leak in the garage roof, Kevin snaps and chucks a bottle of vodka in Brian’s direction. Brian rushes to the factory to get help as Kevin climbs onto the garage roof. <\/p>\n

Brian, Sally and Tim try to talk Kevin down but to no avail. Abi takes matters into her own hands and joins Kevin on the roof. Will Abi get through to Kevin?<\/p>\n

7. Theo continues to control Todd’s finances \"theo<\/p>\n

Theo decides to visit his mum in Doncaster and leaves Todd with only \u00a310 to get by in his absence.<\/p>\n

Todd is placed in an awkward situation when George forgets his wallet and asks him to pay the caf\u00e9 bill. With no other choice, Todd hands over his money.<\/p>\n

With nothing left, Todd declines a drink at The Rovers with George. Todd receives another blow when Theo sends a text confirming he’s spending the night in Doncaster.<\/p>\n

8. Todd snaps at Sarah\"todd<\/p>\n

Summer learns that Todd has nothing in his fridge and offers to do a shop. Todd accepts Summer’s offer and is forced to leave a message for Theo confessing that he’s run out of cash.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Sarah informs Todd that he owes Harry \u00a310 for completing his sponsored walk. At the end of his tether, Todd has a go at Sarah. Will Sarah realise something is wrong?<\/p>\n

9. Bernie is nervous around Mal\"bernie<\/p>\n

Bernie tries to get rid of Mal by insisting that Roy could find a cheaper electrician to work on his flat instead. Roy knocks back her suggestion and admits he feels responsible for the breakdown of Mal’s marriage.<\/p>\n

Mal discreetly assures Bernie that he has no intention of revealing their secret and he’ll be gone as soon as work is finished.<\/p>\n

Later, Bernie reluctantly accepts Mal’s assistance during the lunchtime rush.<\/p>\n

10. Jodie continues to plot\"jodie,<\/p>\n

ITV<\/p>\n

Jodie learns that Shona has acquired the phone number for their father’s old friend. Behind Shona’s back, Jodie calls him first and asks for a favour.<\/p>\n

Later, Jodie books a taxi and hurries out without explanation. When she returns, Jodie makes sure the coast is clear and pulls something out of her bag. What’s she hiding?<\/p>\n
