This man has appeared in court<\/a> charged with dangerously driving<\/a> a scrambler in west Dublin.<\/p>\n Aaron Cunningham (24) of Dromheath Avenue in Blanchardstown<\/a>, appeared before a sitting of Blanchardstown District Court on two charges.<\/p>\n The prosecuting Garda told Judge Aine Clancy that she arrested the accused at 3.15pm at Dromheath Avenue and he was conveyed to Blanchardstown Garda station where he was later charged at 5.29pm. The accused made no reply after caution.<\/p>\n He is accused of dangerously driving a vehicle, registration unknown in a manner, including speed, at Church Road, Mulhuddart, Dublin 15<\/a>. He\u2019s also charged with driving a mechanically propelled vehicle registration number unknown without holding a driving licence.<\/p>\n Aaron Cunningham (24)(Image: Collins Courts \/ CC )<\/p>\n The court heard that gardai<\/a> have no objection to bail and asked the Judge that the accused sign on at his local garda station once a week.<\/p>\n The Judge approved this and ordered that Mr Cunningham not drive any mechanically propelled vehicle – namely an E-scooter or E-bike with an engine.<\/p>\n Mr Cunningham asked that he be bailed to reside at a separate address at Dunsink Avenue in Finglas<\/a>.
