In the video, Sunaina spoke candidly about struggling with alcohol, junk food, and sweets, and how acknowledging the problem became a turning point in her life.Reflecting on that moment, she said, \u201cThe hardest thing I ever did was admit that I had a problem, but it changed everything.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u2018Addiction can take many forms\u2019<\/p>\n<p>Sunaina highlighted how addiction is not always obvious and can manifest in everyday habits. She explained, \u201cAddiction can take many forms, food, alcohol, even habits we don\u2019t realise we\u2019re clinging to.\u201dSharing details of her own experience, she revealed the extent of her struggle. \u201cI struggled with alcoholism and at one point an unhealthy relationship with sweets and junk food. It wasn\u2019t easy,\u201d she admitted.Sunaina stressed that recovery became possible only with the right mindset and a strong support system. Speaking about what helped her heal, she said, \u201cWith the right mindset, support and the courage to talk about it, I was able to pull myself out.\u201dShe also underlined that addiction should never define a person\u2019s identity, adding, \u201cAddiction does not define you, but it does demand that you face it.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>A message for those struggling<\/p>\n<p>Encouraging others who may be facing similar battles, Sunaina emphasised the importance of seeking help and showing patience toward oneself. \u201cYou don\u2019t have to do it alone. It\u2019s not about perfection, it\u2019s about progress,\u201d she said.She concluded her message on a note of strength and hope, urging people to take recovery one step at a time. \u201cDon\u2019t be afraid to reach out for support.
