However, among the paintings there are also prints and drawings of a very British institution \u2013 Battersea Power Station. Amy and her husband David Twohig are both Irish so, on the face of it, the power station might seem a bit random. Nonetheless, it\u2019s an integral part of their story.<\/p>\n<p class=\"indo-ebe0ecc6_root indo-ebe0ecc6_paragraph indo-300db776_none indo-91174671_primary indo-1d70522a_marginbottom0 indo-1d70522a_margintop0 indo-b48c4984_inherit\" style=\"color:var(--color-primary-80)\">Built in the 1920s, Battersea Power Station at its operational peak supplied London with one fifth of its electricity before becoming derelict in the mid 1970s.
