It will ensure Ceannt Station becomes an \u201cexpanded and integrated transport hub\u201d in the heart of Galway.<\/p>\n<p class=\"indo-ebe0ecc6_root indo-ebe0ecc6_paragraph indo-300db776_none indo-91174671_primary indo-1d70522a_marginbottom5 indo-1d70522a_margintop0 indo-b48c4984_inherit\" style=\"color:var(--color-primary-80)\">Improvements to the station will include:<\/p>\n<ul data-testid=\"content-list\" class=\"indo-3ee38419_root indo-3ee38419_bullet indo-1d70522a_marginbottom5 indo-a58b1f03_root\">\n<li class=\"indo-3ee38419_listitemroot\">An increase in platforms in the station from two to five, supporting significantly expanded rail services well into the future.<\/li>\n<li class=\"indo-3ee38419_listitemroot\">New southern entrance and fa\u00e7ade to Ceannt Station, creating an attractive modern station including new customer facilities, retail units and toilet facilities.<\/li>\n<li class=\"indo-3ee38419_listitemroot\">Enhanced connectivity and interchange between rail and bus services, making it easier and more attractive to customers to use multiple modes, and including improved accessibility and waiting areas, as well as Bus \u00c9ireann ticket office improvements.
