<\/p>\n\n\tDior ambassador Anya Taylor-Joy was fresh from spending Tuesday afternoon in Santa Monica promoting her new action series \u201cLucky\u201d at Apple TV\u2019s press day when she arrived at the Dior Addict Sweet Shop party on the Sunset Strip.<\/p>\n
\n\tThe candy-themed pop-up, marking the launch of the French luxury brand\u2019s the launch of Dior Addict Lip Glow Oils and fragrances, offered guests pink cookies, pastel gummies and gumballs as well as a bundt cake dessert bar. Eyeing a lollipop inscribed with the Dior logo, Taylor-Joy said, \u201cThat is quite chic.\u201d<\/p>\n
\n\tTaylor-Joy was wearing a white dress with blue detailing. \u201cIt reminded me a little bit of Mr. Dior\u2019s original Junon dress with the petals,\u201d she told me. \u201cIt also gave me a slight Marie-Antoinette and Petit Trianon vibe. I thought, I\u2019m going to a candy store, I might as well dress for it.\u201d<\/p>\n
\n\tIt\u2019s a much different vibe than \u201cLucky.\u201d Taylor-Joy stars as a con-artist whose on the run after a major heist goes wrong. The series, premiering July 15, is an adaptation of Marissa Stapley\u2019s novel of the same name. The cast also includes Annette Bening, Timothy Olyphant, Aunjanue Ellis-Taylor, Drew Starkey, Clifton Collins, Jr. and William Fichtner.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u00a0\u201cI have done a lot of action in my life but I have never been on the run more than in this show,\u201d she told Variety. \u201cI was running all through California. I have seen it all.\u201d <\/p>\n
\n\tShe does have some regret. \u201cYou would think I would train for it, but I never do,\u201d Taylor-Joy said. \u201cIt\u2019s always the first day where I think I should have thought this through a little bit more.\u201d<\/p>\n
\n\tThe Sweet Shop\u2019s guest list also included McKenna Grace<\/a>. \u201cI\u2019m genuinely a fan,\u201d she told me. \u201cI definitely use many of their products \u2013 the mascara, the perfume. The lip oils are my favorite.\u201d<\/p>\n \n\tIn November, Grace will be seen as Maysilee Donner in \u201cThe Hunger Games: Sunrise on the Reaping<\/a>.\u201d She talked about working opposite an almost unrecognizable Glenn Close<\/a> as Drusilla Sickle. \u201cHer makeup\u2019s absurd,\u201d Grace said. \u201cWatching her walk around in these heels that are that tall [Grace spreads her hands about a foot from each other] is crazy every day. Watching her walk on set, especially with our two characters\u2019 relationship, was very nerve-racking but exciting\u2026It\u2019s fun to be yelled at by her.\u201d<\/p>\n \n\tGrace is much more tight-lipped about \u201cScream 7.\u201d She joins the franchise for the latest installment, but not much is known about who she is playing and what she has to do with the storyline. \u201cI\u2019ve seen every single [\u2018Scream\u2019] so there was no studying that needed to be done for me,\u201d she said. \u201cI\u2019m a very big fan. I\u2019ve been a big fan for the longest time. I saw the last one in theaters.
