Yolanda Hadid<\/strong><\/a> has learned a lesson that stressin’ and obsessin’ ’bout somebody else is no fun.<\/p>\n

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum had a touching reaction to Taylor Swift<\/strong><\/a>‘s sage advice about blocking out negativity.<\/p>\n

In a post on her Instagram Stories Aug. 28, Yolanda re-shared a screenshot of Taylor appearing on her fianc\u00e9 Travis Kelce<\/strong><\/a>‘s New Heights podcast earlier this month that was paired with one of her quotes from the two-hour conversation<\/a> on how to deal with haters.<\/p>\n

“You should think of your energy as if it’s expensive, as if it’s like a luxury item,” the Grammy winner’s quote read. “Not everyone can afford it.”<\/p>\n

And Yolanda made it clear that she was a big fan of the wisdom, writing underneath the message, “I LOVE IT…. Note taken @taylorswift.”<\/p>\n

Of course, Yolanda isn’t the only Hadid who turns to Taylor when they need a shoulder to lean on. The reality TV personality’s 30-year-old daughter Gigi Hadid<\/strong><\/a>\u2014who she shares with ex-husband Mohamed Hadid<\/strong>, along with Bella Hadid<\/a><\/strong>, 28, and Anwar Hadid<\/strong>, 26\u2014has been a longtime friend of the “Anti-Hero” singer.<\/p>\n
