\n\tPop\u2019s biggest showgirl put on one of YouTube\u2019s biggest shows Wednesday, with Taylor Swift <\/a>pulling in a record-high amount of live viewers with her debut on Travis and Jason Kelce\u2019s New Heights podcast.<\/p>\n

\n\tAs announced by YouTube on Friday (Aug. 15), the superstar\u2019s guest appearance on the sports and lifestyle show was simultaneously watched by millions of people, peaking at 1.3 million concurrent livestream viewers. That\u2019s more than any other podcast has garnered since the platform launched a \u201cdedicated podcast experience in 2023,\u201d the company shared.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cI mean this video being 1.3 million views is the epitome of numerology,\u201d the elder Kelce wrote on <\/a>X<\/a> of the show, referencing Swift\u2019s famous lucky number 13 and their discussion of numeric musical Easter Eggs on the podcast.<\/p>\n

\n\tIt\u2019s not the only huge number the special New Heights installment achieved Wednesday: Spotify reported<\/a> that the episode had become one of this past year\u2019s highest-performing podcasts within just one day of its release, increasing the show\u2019s female viewership by more than 600%.<\/p>\n

\n\tThough certainly impressive, it\u2019s clear why so many fans were interested in tuning in to Swift\u2019s guest episode. In addition to opening up about her romance with the Kansas City Chiefs tight end, finishing up her historic Eras Tour and reclaiming her masters, the 14-time Grammy winner shared details about new album The Life of a Showgirl on New Heights, including its cover, tracklist and release date.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201c[The album is] a lot more upbeat, and it\u2019s a lot more fun pop excitement,\u201d Swift said<\/a> of the album on the show, noting that the LP is a \u201cbehind the scenes\u201d look into her personal life during her Eras trek. \u201cMy main goals were melodies that were so infectious, you\u2019re almost angry at it \u2026 We\u2019ve made songs that I\u2019m so proud of.\u201d<\/p>\n
