The film is a personal, unfiltered account filmed over four months.<\/p>\n<p class=\"contextmenu Body Body\">Amid waves of casualties flooding overwhelmed hospitals, Dr Tahir fights alongside his colleagues to save civilian lives.<\/p>\n<p class=\"contextmenu Body Body\">The film tells the human story behind the relentless bombardment, capturing the raw intensity of Gaza\u2019s operating rooms.<\/p>\n<p class=\"contextmenu Body Body\">Dr Tahir said he deals with patients ranging from newborns to old age.<\/p>\n<p class=\"contextmenu Body Body\">\u201cI\u2019ve operated on hundreds of people and seen thousands. I operate every day from morning till night,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p class=\"contextmenu Body Body\">\u201cEverything here is destroyed.
