EJAE, Audrey Nuna and REI AMI lit up the\u00a0BAFTAs<\/a> stage on Sunday night with a performance of \u2018Golden\u2019 \u2013 watch below.<\/p>\n

The trio are the voices of HUNTR\/X, the fictional band from the Netflix smash hit KPop Demon Hunters<\/a>,\u00a0and on Sunday night (February 22), they played the signature\u00a0song from the film\u00a0during the BAFTA Film Awards ceremony<\/a>.<\/p>\n

EJAE (the singing voice of Rumi), Audrey Nuna (Mira), and REI AMI (Zoey) played together for the first time outside of the United States, with an elaborate stage show that involved several dancers inspired by the aesthetic of the film.<\/p>\n

KPop\u00a0Demon Hunters\u00a0was one of the biggest hits of 2025, becoming\u00a0the most watched film in Netflix history<\/a>. However,\u00a0the film was not eligible for the BAFTA Awards<\/a> due to regulations surrounding cinema releases.<\/p>\n

The trio are also set to perform at next weekend\u2019s BRIT Awards<\/a>, where they will become the first K-pop artists ever to take to that stage.<\/p>\n

\u2018Golden\u2019 also took home the Best Song prize at the Golden Globes last month<\/a>, and\u00a0won the Grammy for Best Song Written For Visual Media<\/a>.\u00a0It is also\u00a0nominated for an Oscar for Best Song<\/a>\u00a0this year.<\/p>\n

\u2018Golden\u2019\u00a0was named as\u00a0the second best song of 2025 by\u00a0NME<\/a>, while\u00a0KPop Demon Hunters was also included in the films of 2025 list<\/a>. The sequel to the film, however, will\u00a0reportedly not\u00a0be released until at least 2030.<\/p>\n

At the BAFTAs,\u00a0Paul Thomas Anderson<\/a>\u2019s\u00a0One Battle After Another<\/a>\u00a0was the big winner,\u00a0taking home six prizes<\/a>, including Best Picture, Best Director and Best Supporting Actor.\u00a0Another major winner was British indie drama\u00a0I Swear, which caused a shock by winning Best Actor for its lead, Robert Aramayo, who also won the Rising Star award.<\/p>\n
