A famous Galway tourist hotspot will have a new caf\u00e9 in the coming weeks with the novel location already hiring ahead of the big opening.<\/p>\n
Cobblestones are looking for staff for their upcoming Coole Park caf\u00e9.<\/p>\n
They are hiring baristas, waiting staff and kitchen assistants.<\/p>\n
Cobblestones also confirmed that they will open in early March 2026.<\/p>\n
Previously, the grounds were served by The Tearooms at Coole Park, which was welcome sight for walkers, joggers and adventurers at the magical south Galway forest park.<\/p>\n
The Tearooms closed at the end of January 2026.<\/p>\n
