According to renders of the architectural plans, what looks like the bottom level is shaping up and will eventually become a gym space that opens up to a pool.<\/p>\n The block is in the ideal location to capture stunning, uninterrupted views over Gordons Bay.<\/p>\n Plans for the four-bedroom home were designed by architect Madeleine Blanchfield and Henderson reckons it will be \u201clike you are in Italy on the Amalfi Coast\u201d when complete.<\/p>\n The home could be worth as much as $30m when it is finished.<\/p>\n Jackie O made the purchase shortly after selling her previous home<\/a>, a property in Woollahra, for $13m.
