Patrick Christys has opened up to fans about the latest fitness journey he’s been on, and why some viewers might have noticed a change in his appearance of late.<\/p>\n

The Patrick Christys Tonight star is currently enjoying some well-earned downtime in the sun with his wife, Emily Carver, and their six-month-old son George, but that doesn’t mean Patrick has put exercise on the back burner. <\/p>\n

“I’ve just got back from my morning run here on holiday. As you can see, there are worse places to go for a little jog, although it is already red hot, as you can tell.”<\/p>\n

Paying tribute to his coach, Patrick went on: “Anyway, I’m doing a little video because I want to give a shout-out to John Patton Impact Fitness.<\/p>\n

“A month and a half ago, I was a stone and a half heavier than I am now. I was completely lacking in motivation, and I was eating rubbish.<\/p>\n

“I finish work at midnight most nights, so anything you do eat when you get home, it just sits on you, doesn’t it? <\/p>\n

“And Emily, my beautiful wife, just had a little boy; he’s a few months old now. So look, there was a lot going on, and I had just packed the weight on, and I was going in the wrong direction.<\/p>\n

“But John has motivated me. He’s given me a diet plan, he’s given me an exercise plan that works around my work schedule, which is certainly not easy.”<\/p>\n

To hammer home the results, Patrick then made a promise to his fans. ” And look, if you don’t believe me, a couple of weeks after I get back off holiday, I will post some before and after pictures, just to prove it, okay?” he teased.<\/p>\n

“Just to prove that I’m not lying. But anyway, hopefully most of you can see that, judging by how look a bit different on the telly,” he added. <\/p>\n

Patrick then implored his followers: “But yeah, so do check him out, because for anyone out there who’s got a busy life, who’s struggling a little bit with their weight and all of that, he goes to John Patton Impact Fitness, he’ll be tagged below, and he can sort you out.”<\/p>\n

The GB News star added in the accompanying caption: “Not perfect, but getting there. <\/p>\n

It didn’t take long for Patrick’s fans to applaud his hard work, including some very familiar faces.<\/p>\n

Regular GB News contributor Lizzie Cundy shared a series of applause emojis in response to the clip.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Patrick’s wife and fellow GB News star Emily liked the post, as did regular panellist Paula London.<\/p>\n

Fans also shared their thoughts. “Congratulations Patrick, you’re looking great. How wonderful to be on your first sunshine holiday with Emily and little George. Making precious memories,” one follower penned.<\/p>\n
