Ray J and his mom are accusing Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner of lying under oath about the rapper and the reality star\u2019s infamous 2007 sex tape.<\/p>\n
Kardashian and Jenner called Ray J\u2019s claim that they orchestrated the sex tape<\/a> \u201ca lie\u201d and \u201cabsolutely false\u201d in declarations filed in Los Angeles Superior Court Wednesday.<\/p>\n Jenner stated in her declaration, obtained by Page Six: \u201cAs a mother, the notion that I orchestrated or produced sex tapes involving my daughter, or was in any way involved in the creation or distribution of any sex tapes, is not only entirely untrue but deeply offensive and harmful and has haunted me for decades.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cI was absolutely heartbroken, crushed and devastated as a mother to see my daughter in this situation where her most intimate and private moments were exposed to the world,\u201d she continued.<\/p>\n Ray J and his mom are accusing Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner of lying under oath about the rapper and the reality star\u2019s 2007 sex tape. FilmMagic<\/p>\n In Kardashian\u2019s declaration, she said she spent money to combat Ray J\u2019s alleged lies, including going to therapy and working with communications, legal and strategic advisers.<\/p>\n \u201cHis claim that I had a plan with my mother and others to release a sex tape, defraud the public, and file a \u2018fake\u2019 lawsuit against the porn company that released it to \u2018create buzz\u2019 is a lie,\u201d she stated.<\/p>\n But Ray J fired back at the mother-daughter duo\u2019s declarations, claiming they \u201ccompletely lied about everything.\u201d<\/p>\n The singer told TMZ<\/a>, \u201cAre [Kim & Kris] out of their f\u2013king minds? The fact of the matter is, if you lie like that under oath, don\u2019t you go to jail? Don\u2019t you get fined?\u201d<\/p>\n He also told the outlet that his two children with his estranged wife Princess Love \u2014 daughter Melody and son Epik \u2014 \u201cdon\u2019t deserve to grow up thinking their dad did something like revenge porn or hurt someone on purpose.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cI was absolutely heartbroken, crushed and devastated as a mother to see my daughter in this situation,\u201d Jenner stated. Then who did?\u201d Norwood asked.<\/p>\n \u201cI support Ray J and his journey to bring the truth forward,\u201d she continued. \u201cI have witnessed this journey for many years, and however long it takes, whether it becomes a long journey or a difficult battle, we will stay on that path until the voices that have distorted the truth are publicly revealed.\u201d<\/p>\n Ray J\u2019s mom, Sonja Norwood, also entered the discussion, saying \u201cI am no longer going to sit back and watch my son be \u2018dogged\u2019 on social media over this matter when Ray J and I, Kris and Kim, and many others know the truth.\u201d Getty Images for GQ<\/p>\n Ray J sued Kardashian and Jenner\u00a0in November 2025, claiming they were the ones to release the tape.
