A new report has shed light on whether the Lewis family are considering intervening to sack Igor Tudor as Tottenham drop closer and closer to the precipice.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Spurs<\/a> fans would have hoped that Tudor\u2019s<\/a> arrival would have lifted a squad lacking in belief and confidence, but instead the opposite has happened.<\/p>\n

The quality of the performances has arguably regressed under the Croat, who has made some curious selection calls, most of which have backfired.<\/p>\n

Speculation is growing regarding Tudor potentially being sacked<\/a>, less than a month after arriving at Spurs.<\/p>\n

BBC Sport<\/a> have now claimed that Tottenham\u2019s majority owners, ENIC, do not plan on making the decision on Tudor\u2019s future themselves.<\/p>\n

The report backs up what we have heard from other sources by stating that there is \u2018a growing disconnect\u2019 between the Croat and the Spurs squad<\/a>.<\/p>\n

However, sources indicate that the Lewis family will not step in to remove Tudor and will leave the decision to the club\u2019s executive team.<\/p>\n

It is explained that Tottenham\u2019s owners have never been involved in the day-to-day running of the club, even during Daniel Levy\u2019s<\/a> era, and will continue to allow those on the ground to make the decisions.<\/p>\n

The decision is expected to be made by the club\u2019s CEO, Vinai Venkateshem<\/a>, and sporting director, Johan Lange, who made the call to replace Frank with Tudor last month.<\/p>\n

Who are the contenders to replace Tudor at Spurs?<\/p>\n

Pundits have proposed that Ryan Mason could return to Tottenham for his third stint as interim head coach <\/a>should Tudor be sacked.<\/p>\n

Sources have claimed that Spurs have already contacted club legend Robbie Keane<\/a> about taking his place in the N17 hotseat.<\/p>\n

Other outlets have suggested that Tottenham see Sean Dyche as the right man to get them out of trouble<\/a>, even though the Englishman lasted just 114 days at Nottingham Forest before being sacked last month.<\/p>\n
