If you need a reason to smile right now, this week\u2019s TV is here to help. From the return of a must-watch cosy crime drama to a new Elisabeth Moss<\/a> series and a long-awaited period drama, it\u2019s all coming our way this week \u2013 and it kicks off tonight. <\/p>\n

ITV is bringing us the Oscars live (yes, it’s tonight!), there\u2019s a new Jane Austen drama in the form of the The Other Bennet Sister<\/a> \u2013 and we haven\u2019t even got past Sunday yet. So, take a seat, because these are the 7 fantastic shows worth watching this week on ITV, Netflix, the BBC and more.<\/p>\n

The Other Bennet Sister\"tx<\/p>\n

Another Jane Austen drama? Yes, please. The series is based on Janice Hadlow\u2019s 2020 novel of the same name and the \u201cother\u201d Bennet sister being referred to is Mary (played by Ella Bruccoleri), the middle daughter of the five Bennet sisters in Pride and Prejudice. Now is the moment for the oft-overlooked middle sister to step out of her sisters\u2019 shadows in search of her own identity and purpose \u2013 and she finds herself in the middle of an epic love story along the way. Ruth Jones and Richard E. Grant also star. Arriving at 8pm on BBC One and BBC iPlayer<\/a> on Sunday 15th March. <\/p>\n

The red carpet event of the year is here and ITV is bringing it to us live. Comedian Conan O’Brien hosts for the second year running from the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood as the biggest films of 2025 are celebrated including Sinners, Hamnet and Marty Supreme, One Battle After Another. Tune in for a special Bridesmaids reunion, performances of \u2018Golden\u2019 from KPop Demond Hunters and \u2018I Lied to You\u2019 from Sinners and, of course, the battle of the best (and worst!) dressed. Available to watch on ITV1 and ITVX<\/a> from 10.15pm on Sunday 15th March. <\/p>\n

Sort Your Life Out with Stacey Solomon\"tx<\/p>\n

Stacey Solomon and her team of experts (which includes Dilly Carter, Robert Bent and Iwan Carrington) are back to doing what they do best \u2013 helping families complete a life-changing declutter. This week, they\u2019re in south London to help the Saunders family transform their three-bedroom semi, where single mum Almarie lives with her ten-year-old daughter Maria. Don\u2019t be surprised if you shed a tear or two. Continues at 8pm on BBC One and BBC iPlayer<\/a> on Tuesday 17th March. <\/p>\n

The Eclipse\"claire<\/p>\n

Channel 4<\/p>\n

Channel 4 (via Walter Presents) has snapped up this French crime drama, which takes us to the quiet village of Bozouls in the south of France, which is thrown into turmoil when on the evening of an eclipse, 17-year-old Luca accidentally shoots his girlfriend Nour. Johanna Croiset (Claire Keim) and Manue Vitali (Anne Charrier) are the lifelong friends assigned to the case, but when their own children are brought into the case, the pair are tested to their limits. Available to watch on Channel 4 streaming<\/a> now, with one episode premiering on Channel 4 on Tuesday 17th March. <\/p>\n

The Marlow Murder Club\"the<\/p>\n

The beloved cosy crime drama set in the sleepy town of Marlow is back for a third series. If you\u2019re new to the series, it\u2019s well worth catching on the escapades of Judith Potts, the retired archaeologist who solves murders with the help of two friends, dog walker Suzie Harris, and vicar\u2019s wife Becks Starling. The trio are back, along with DI Tanika Malik, and they\u2019ve got some rather intriguing cases on their hands, from the sudden death of the town\u2019s beloved mayor to a celebrity chef found dead at the launch of his cookbook. Unbeatable as cosy crime dramas go. Series 3 is arriving at 8pm on U&Drama on Wednesday 18th March. All three series will be available to stream on U<\/a> on the same day. <\/p>\n

Imperfect Women \"group<\/p>\n

If you’re still not over the end of The Handmaid\u2019s Tale<\/strong><\/a>, you\u2019ll be pleased to hear we\u2019re getting a bit more Elisabeth Moss on our screens thanks to Imperfect Women. Based on 2020 Araminta Hall\u2019s novel of the same name, the psychological drama introduces us to three friends – played by Elisabeth, Kerry Washington and Kate Mara – whose decades-long friendship is shattered by a harrowing crime. With Elisabeth and Kery also serving as executive producers, it\u2019s a must-see. Arriving on Apple TV+<\/a> on Wednesday 18th March.<\/p>\n

Peaky Blinders: The Immortal Man \"peaky<\/p>\n

At long last, the next chapter in the Peaky Blinders saga is here\u2026 in film form. Head honcho Tommy Shelby (Cillian Murphy) was last seen riding off into the sunset on a white horse after faking his own death, and something has clearly gone amiss as four years have passed, World War II has taken hold, and Tommy is no longer in hiding. In fact, his estranged son has got himself embroiled in a Nazi plot and it\u2019s up to Tommy to save the day. Expect \u201cfull-on Peaky Blinders at war\u201d, says creator Steven Knight. Arriving on Netflix<\/a> on Friday 20th March.<\/p>\n
