Great nose job&#8217;.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">Pete previously revealed he&#8217;s &#8216;fascinated&#8217; by cosmetic procedures and has Botox annually to prevent his &#8216;lines from getting too deep&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">He said on Loose Women: &#8216;I don&#8217;t think there is anything wrong with having a little tweak.
