\n\tAlex Warren<\/a>\u2019s \u201cOrdinary\u201d reigns as the No. 1 title on Billboard\u2019s Songs of the Summer<\/a> chart for 2025. The song claims the title after topping the weekly survey all 14 weeks this season.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe 20-position Songs of the Summer running tally tracks the most popular titles based on cumulative performance on the weekly streaming-, airplay- and sales-based Billboard Hot 100<\/a> chart from Memorial Day through Labor Day (this year encompassing charts dated June 7 through Sept. 6; Titles that appeared on the 2024 Songs of the Summer chart or peaked on the Hot 100 during or before summer 2024 were ineligible to appear on this year\u2019s Songs of the Summer ranking.)<\/p>\n

\n\tAmid the start-to-finish win for \u201cOrdinary\u201d on Songs of the Summer, it ran up 10 weeks at No. 1 on the Hot 100, marking the singer-songwriter\u2019s first leader on the list.<\/p>\n

\n\tThis year marks the fifth in a row that only one title monopolized No. 1 on the Songs of the Summer chart all season, following Post Malone\u2019s \u201cI Had Some Help,\u201d featuring Morgan Wallen (2024); Wallen\u2019s \u201cLast Night\u201d (2023); Harry Styles\u2019 \u201cAs It Was\u201d (2022); and BTS\u2019 \u201cButter\u201d (2021).<\/p>\n

\n\tFollowing Wallen\u2019s first-place finishes on Songs of the Summer the last two years, he takes the Nos. 2, 3 and 4 hits for 2025: \u201cWhat I Want,\u201d featuring Tate McRae, \u201cJust in Case\u201d and \u201cI\u2019m the Problem,\u201d respectively. He is the first artist with three top five entries on a season-closing Songs of the Summer chart. All three songs are from his album I\u2019m the Problem.<\/p>\n

\n\tNotably, \u201cWhat I Want\u201d drew the most official U.S. streams in the summer tracking period: 298 million, according to Luminate. \u201cOrdinary\u201d led in radio airplay audience \u2014 930 million \u2014 and download sales \u2014 92,000.<\/p>\n

\n\tKendrick Lamar and SZA\u2019s \u201cLuther\u201d lands the No. 5 spot on Songs of the Summer for 2025.<\/p>\n

\n\tRounding the Songs of the Summer top 10: Lady Gaga and Bruno Mars\u2019 \u201cDie With a Smile\u201d (No. 6); current Hot 100 leader<\/a> \u201cGolden\u201d by HUNTR\/X: EJAE, Audrey Nuna and REI AMI, from Netflix\u2019s summer smash film KPop Demon Hunters (No. 7); Chappell Roan\u2019s \u201cPink Pony Club\u201d (No. 8); Sabrina Carpenter\u2019s \u201cManchild\u201d (No. 9); and Ravyn Lenae\u2019s \u201cLove Me Not\u201d (No. 10).<\/p>\n
