The following year, 2023\/24, saw a decrease to 78,009, followed by a further drop to 77,764 in the 2024\/25 period.<\/p>\n<p>This decline indicates that approximately 785 firms have dropped off the list of companies making active contributions to the fund over the past two years. This contraction follows a period of significant growth. <\/p>\n<p>Looking back to the 2017\/18 period, the fund had 73,896 active employers.
