Applications are no open for 98 new cost rental applicants<\/a> homes in Santry.<\/p>\n

The Niven Oaks development is offering one-bedroom apartments<\/a> for \u20ac1,350 per month, and two bedroom apartments for \u20ac1,585 per month. There are 54 one-bedroom apartments available and 44 two-bedroom apartments available.<\/p>\n

Applications are open now, with no closing date for applications yet announced. The development is situated 8km from Dublin<\/a> City Centre, with convenient bus links<\/a> providing access to the heart of the city.<\/p>\n

Presented by Tuath, the homes are located within the Northwood area and were constructed to PassivHaus standards, providing the potential for significant energy cost savings. The wider Northwood development is positioned near the N1 and M50 motorways and is located 4km from the Ballymun<\/a> interchange.<\/p>\n
