Dorit Kemsley<\/a> is addressing speculation\u00a0about her home amid her divorce<\/a> from Paul “PK” Kemsley<\/a>.\u00a0The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills<\/a>\u00a0cast member appeared on\u00a0Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen<\/a>\u00a0on March 19, where she shared some major updates on her home<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The mom of two took to the late-night talk show, where she addressed “a lot of questions wanting to know about the unpaid mortgage that we read about this year,” as asked by\u00a0Andy Cohen<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n

“Well, that is something that I learned a few weeks before everyone else learned,” Dorit admitted on Thursday night’s episode. She continued, admitting that her estranged husband was in charge of those finances, and the topic is something that they discussed at the\u00a0RHOBH\u00a0Season 15 reunion<\/a>. “As we discussed at the reunion, it was something PK was in charge of. I didn’t know it was not being paid,” Dorit added, as seen in the video above.<\/p>\n

But, she and PK have a plan of action. “We’ve since spoken, and he agreed to bring it up to date,” she revealed. “And then we’re gonna put the house on the market, and then the kids and I will find a new home.”<\/p>\n

Dorit had previously revealed that PK was “handling everything” when it came to their finances<\/a> before their May 2024 separation<\/a> during\u00a0RHOBH\u00a0Season 15, Episode 3. And, she admitted that she expected PK to still take care of it after they had separated. But she revealed during the episode that PK was still paying for the home. “He’s currently paying the mortgage,” she said at the time.<\/p>\n

She continued in a confessional, opening up about the current state of their home. “When I found out our house was in pre-foreclosure, I wasn’t just worried about losing the house,” she explained. “The house is in my name, so if PK stops paying for something or doesn’t make payments, it’s me that suffers the consequences.”<\/p>\n

Dorit Kemlsey shares new details about her house going into “pre-foreclosure”<\/p>\n

Dorit had previously addressed the reports that her house was in “pre-foreclosure”<\/a> during the\u00a0RHOBH\u00a0Season 14 reunion. Dorit denied the rumors of the house being foreclosed on and proceeded to explain what PK had told her. “I had no idea about it,” she said. “He told me they had changed the rate. He was trying to get a hold of somebody. No one’s returning his calls. That’s the way he does business. Until they give him his call back, he’s not going to pay. And he resolved it.”<\/p>\n

During an appearance on\u00a0The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills After Show<\/a>\u00a0after\u00a0RHOBH\u00a0Season 15, Episode 3, Dorit revealed that PK had not told her anything about the situation. However, she is more than capable of taking over their finances. “The thing is, actually, I am a practitioner, and I know how to do it,” she explained. “But what I’m struggling with is the clarity, because I was not running finances, and I was sort of pushed out of the equation.”<\/p>\n
