For her, everything boils down to three essentials, sleep, nutrition, and the mind-body connection. \u201cI&#8217;ll be 50, but I feel I don&#8217;t&#8230; it&#8217;s just age for me. It&#8217;s not something that defines me,\u201d she said, stressing how she refuses to let age dictate her mindset.<\/p>\n<p>Malaika Arora hints at second marriage; says &#8216;never say never&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>Food, for Malaika, is the foundation of good health. She believes in keeping it simple and wholesome. \u201cEat basic, home-cooked meals,\u201d she insists. Malaika adds, &#8220;Ghee is my superfood. Sleep, water, discipline, consistency, taking care of these things makes a huge difference in your life, and I truly live by these certain principles in life.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Poll<\/p>\n<p>How do you feel about using natural foods versus supplements for nutrition?<\/p>\n<p>She follows portion control but never compromises on nourishment. After a workout, her plate is filled with home-cooked food like eggs, toast, or dosas rather than packaged supplements. On days she wants a protein boost, she makes her own shakes using bananas, dates, and nuts. \u201cI don&#8217;t really believe in powder,\u201d Malaika explains, adding that while supplements may work for others, she relies on natural nutrition. For Malaika, fitness is not about extremes but about balance. \u201cI will not starve. That&#8217;s my only thing. Do not starve. And I carry food\u2026 everything gets carried because that&#8217;s how I am,\u201d she says.<\/p>\n<p>Her practical workout routine<\/p>\n<p>Malaika maintains a straightforward approach to workouts, which is to avoid training on a heavy stomach, but don\u2019t stay empty either. \u201cI don&#8217;t work out on a full stomach&#8230; I wake up early. I work out and then I eat a full meal,\u201d she explains.
