She is gluten intolerant and has close family members with coeliac disease, which has shaped the vision for the business.<\/p>\n<p data-end=\"1118\" data-start=\"844\">Jonathan also has close to three decades of experience, primarily in supplying catering equipment and designing commercial kitchens.<\/p>\n<p data-end=\"1118\" data-start=\"844\"><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/ie\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/69c25b19c46ba.jpg\" style=\"\"\/><\/p>\n<p data-end=\"1290\" data-start=\"1120\">The owners have been sharing updates on the renovation progress through the caf\u00e9\u2019s Instagram account, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/theottocafe\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>@theottocafe<\/strong><\/a>, where early interest in the project has been building.<\/p>\n<p data-end=\"1567\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\" data-start=\"1292\">Further details, including the full menu and opening timeline, are expected to be announced in the coming weeks.<\/p>\n<p>    <script async src=\"\/\/www.instagram.com\/embed.js\"><\/script><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Caf\u00e9 Otto is planning to open on Oxford Street.
