\n A new caf\u00e9 promising a fully gluten-free menu is set to open in Harrogate.\n <\/p>\n

Cafe Otto, which will be located on Oxford Street in the former Jojo Maman B\u00e9b\u00e9 unit, is preparing to launch as what its owners describe as Harrogate\u2019s first \u201ctotally gluten free\u201d caf\u00e9 bar.<\/p>\n

Work is currently underway to renovate the site, although an official opening date has not yet been confirmed.<\/p>\n

The venture is being led by Jonathan Skinner and fianc\u00e9 Sara Ferguson, both of whom bring extensive experience in the hospitality sector.<\/p>\n

Sara, who has worked in the industry in Harrogate for nearly 30 years, is said to be the driving force behind the caf\u00e9\u2019s gluten-free concept. She is gluten intolerant and has close family members with coeliac disease, which has shaped the vision for the business.<\/p>\n

Jonathan also has close to three decades of experience, primarily in supplying catering equipment and designing commercial kitchens.<\/p>\n
