Miley Cyrus<\/strong><\/a> was thinking Nick Jonas<\/strong><\/a> could be the one when she brought the Jonas Brothers<\/a> along on tour during her Hannah Montana days.<\/p>\n

During the Hannah Montana 20th Anniversary Special, which premiered March 24 on Disney+, the “Flowers” singer<\/a> shared the reason behind the Jonas Brothers joining her for the show’s 2007 Best of Both Worlds tour, per E! News<\/a>. Cyrus and Jonas dated from 2006 to 2008<\/a>, so when it came time for her to hit the road, she, like any teen with a crush, wanted to bring her boyfriend along. <\/p>\n

“The reason that the Jonas Brothers were on tour with me was because Nick was my boyfriend and I wanted to not leave my boyfriend,” she said, adding, “I was always just like, ‘Well, it’ll be more fun if Nick is there.”<\/p>\n

The <\/a>Something Beautiful<\/a> musician<\/a> not only got to perform alongside her boyfriend and his brothers Joe Jonas<\/strong><\/a> and Kevin Jonas<\/strong><\/a> for their collab “We Got the Party,” but the group also served as an opener, giving them their time in the spotlight as well.<\/p>\n

“I’d be like, ‘OK, well I’ll go on tour if my boyfriend can come,” she said. “And they’re like, ‘Cute, have your boyfriend open for the show.’ Boom.”<\/p>\n

Jonas wasn’t the only star Cyrus had a connection with during her early days at Disney.
