{"id":404582,"date":"2026-03-26T08:15:12","date_gmt":"2026-03-26T08:15:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/ie\/404582\/"},"modified":"2026-03-26T08:15:12","modified_gmt":"2026-03-26T08:15:12","slug":"fka-twigs-files-new-lawsuit-against-shia-labeouf-over-illegal-nda","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/ie\/404582\/","title":{"rendered":"FKA twigs Files New Lawsuit Against Shia LaBeouf Over \u201cIllegal\u201d NDA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/pitchfork.com\/artists\/30936-twigs\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">FKA twigs<\/a> has filed a new lawsuit against <a href=\"https:\/\/pitchfork.com\/search\/?q=Shia+Labeouf\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Shia LaBeouf<\/a>, claiming the actor is attempting to prohibit her from publicly discussing the alleged sexual abuse she experienced during their relationship or any additional issues related to sexual violence.<\/p>\n<p>In 2020, twigs (real name Tahliah Barnett) <a href=\"https:\/\/pitchfork.com\/news\/fka-twigs-sues-shia-labeouf-alleging-abuse-and-assault\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">sued<\/a> the actor, accusing him of months of \u201cphysical, sexual, and mental abuse.\u201d After years of delays, the jury trial was set to start in September 2025 but the parties reached a <a href=\"https:\/\/pitchfork.com\/news\/fka-twigs-and-shia-labeouf-settle-assault-and-sexual-battery-lawsuit\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">settlement<\/a> before it began.
