Dana White pumped $100,000 into MrBeast\u2019s record-breaking effort to raise money for clean drinking water worldwide.<\/strong><\/p>\n

UFC<\/a> boss White is close friends with streamer Adin Ross<\/a>, who joined MrBeast for a lengthy Kick stream in which the pair aimed to make $5million in one night for \u2018Team Water\u2019. The initiative will see the YouTuber, real name Jimmy Donaldson, attempt to raise $40million to provide clean drinking water.<\/p>\n

White was one of a number of celebrities called and asked to donate, including KSI<\/a> and a number of musicians and actors. And he made a massive donation seemingly on a whim after taking a random call from the celebrity duo.<\/p>\n

Midway through MrBeast and Adin Ross\u2019 Kick stream to raise funds for Team Water, the pair made a number of calls to celebrities looking to raise money for the cause. The broadcast was Donaldson\u2019s first on the platform as he looked to break a record for most money raised on one stream.<\/p>\n

He ended up totalling donations of more than $12million, making it a more than record-breaking showcase. And one man who made a big donation was UFC boss Dana White<\/a>, who made a donation for his pal Ross.<\/p>\n

Donaldson called him, asking him if he would \u2018throw a couple of shekels\u2019 their way. \u201cEvery dollar we raise goes to WaterAid. $1 is one year of clean water for someone in need, so we\u2019re trying to raise money to get people clean water for decades each.\u201d<\/p>\n

White then agreed to donate $100,000, with Donaldson showing his face to the camera to prove it was legitimate. It landed him on a scoreboard alongside Young Thug and other celebrities as one of the highest donors.<\/p>\n

Dana White is known for big spending with influencers<\/p>\n

White is a known philanthropist, and also has a reputation for spending big when it comes to his relationships with influencers. He infamously gifted Kyle Forgeard from the Nelk Boys $250,000<\/a> for his birthday in 2022, and his gambling stories are the stuff of legend.<\/p>\n

The first time he ever met Adin Ross<\/a>, White reportedly gifted him a six-figure amount for betting. \u201cDana has been such a supporter in everything I\u2019ve done,\u201d Ross explained in an interview with Fred Talks Fighting earlier this year. <\/p>\n
