The property was described by GVM\u2019s Mr Ryan as a \u201csuperb south facing Golden Vale holding with excellent quality permanent pasture, laid out in well-sheltered rolling fields with extensive road frontage\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Farm buildings included two haybarns, cubicle house, silage apron, cattle pen and crush. Mr Ryan had a relatively easy job to arrive at \u20ac820,000.<\/p>\n<p>After a brief recess the property was placed on the market. Mr Ryan dropped his gavel a few minutes later at \u20ac820,000 in favour of the in house bidder West Limerick-based estate agent Pat O\u2019Donovan, who was believed to have been representing a local farming family.<\/p>\n<p>Commenting after the auction, Mr Ryan said that it was a property that offered great potential given that there was an existing residence and it was well-situated within close proximity to Ballingarry and Croom.
