Source: TGS<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.offshore-energy.biz\/tag\/tgs\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">TGS<\/a> announced on April 16 that it will deliver a fully integrated approach to addressing subsurface challenges, combining advanced seismic imaging technologies with extensive experience in data acquisition and processing in Equatorial Guinea, which will support exploration activity and help to drive increased production across the country.<\/p>\n<p>The agreement also supports the acquisition of new broadband seismic data using GeoStreamer multi-sensor technology.<\/p>\n<p>According to the Norwegian firm, this collaboration is expected to contribute significantly to the derisking of petroleum systems within the highly prospective Rio Del Rey and Rio Muni basins.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThrough this agreement, TGS can provide access to a comprehensive data framework, including local, regional, and basin-wide datasets through a MegaSurvey approach,\u201d said <strong>David Hajovsky<\/strong>, Executive Vice President of Multi-Client at TGS.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis will enable more effective prospect, play, and basin evaluation. In addition, operators in the region will benefit from reprocessed data derived from original field tapes using TGS\u2019 advanced imaging technologies, designed to overcome existing subsurface imaging challenges.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>TGS recently <a href=\"https:\/\/www.offshore-energy.biz\/tgs-wins-third-offshore-wind-contract-for-summer-season-in-europe\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">won its third contract<\/a> for the offshore wind market in Europe for the 2026 summer season.
