Jon Cryer made a surprise appearance in Charlie Sheen<\/a>\u2019s 2025 documentary aka Charlie Sheen<\/a>. But Sheen still hasn\u2019t spoken to his former co-star, despite feeling like they no longer have bad blood between them. \u201cEvery time this comes up, I say I\u2019m going to [reach out to him] and I never do,\u201d Sheen explained to People<\/a> on April 22. \u201cI don\u2019t like to bother people. But I think Jon would be open to that,\u201d he says, adding, \u201cJon\u2019s a lovely man and a very talented guy.\u201d He joked about Cryer not being in attendance at an FYC panel promoting the documentary. \u201cJon\u2019s not here tonight, is he? No, he\u2019s a little grudgy like a decade and a half later. I\u2019m like, \u2018Dude, what the fuck? I got over it. What are we doing, Jon?\u2019\u201d he laughed. \u201cNo, but it was very sweet, very cool that everybody showed up like they did, because they could have easily said, \u2018Go fuck yourself. I\u2019m not interested. I lived it. I don\u2019t need to talk about it again.\u2019 And I would have been, \u2018OK, that\u2019s fine.\u2019 But they didn\u2019t, and they stepped up.\u201d<\/p>\n Sheen previously said he did not personally call Cryer to participate in the documentary because he did not have Cryer\u2019s phone number; director Andrew F. Renzi invited Cryer to participate. \u201cWhen I saw everything that Jon spoke about, so honestly and very compassionately, I wrote to him and I said, \u2018Hey, thank you for your contributions, and I\u2019m sorry we didn\u2019t connect personally. I hope to see you around the campus,\u2019\u201d Sheen explained<\/a> to People when the documentary came out last September. \u201cI\u2019m thinking I wrote to the wrong number. It\u2019s not like Jon did not respond. He\u2019s super responsible like that. So if you\u2019re reading this, Jon, DM me your new number!\u201d<\/p>\n It doesn\u2019t seem like Cryer is interested in making amends or becoming friends again. \u201cWe don\u2019t have a relationship anymore,\u201d Cryer told Bill Maher last summer on\u00a0Club Random With Bill Maher<\/a>. \u201cI wish him the best.
