Roobet is also not legal to use in Australia, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Columbia, Denmark, Estonia, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, North Korea, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Ukraine, United States (including the Virgin Islands, U.S. Minor Outlying Islands, Guam, Puerto Rico, Marianas Islands and American Samoa), and Vatican City.
