\u201cHe is fully aware that he\u2019s one lucky bastard,\u201d Kelly added.<\/p>\n
The Going Mental podcast host shared that she and Kiedis met at a birthday party, explaining that their \u201cage gap didn\u2019t register at first.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cI had met someone interesting and magnetic; if anything, I assumed we\u2019d just become friends,\u201d she continued. \u201cBut when we exchanged numbers and made plans to get coffee.\u201d<\/p>\n
Kelly called out beliefs that an older man dating a younger woman is \u201ccreepy\u201d and \u201cgross,\u201d while the latter is believed to either \u201chave daddy issues\u201d or \u201cbe a gold-digger.\u201d<\/p>\n
\u201cIs it really so difficult to imagine that connection can exist across generations, and that two people of different ages can find something real in each other?\u201d she questioned.<\/p>\n
The businesswoman also slammed the \u201cunsolicited commentary in public,\u201d including remarks such as, \u201cIs that your dad?\u201d and \u201cYour daughter is so beautiful.\u201d<\/p>\n
Kelly also reflected on how she cut ties with a friend who judged her relationship, saying, \u201cWe speak less now.\u201d<\/p>\n
The podcaster stated that people\u2019s opinions about her relationship are, moreover, a reflection of themselves.<\/p>\n
\u201cFrom the inside, we\u2019re mostly just two people doing the regular, ongoing work of moving through life together,\u201d she concluded.<\/p>\n
Kelly and Kiedis have been spotted together on several occasions since November, according to E! News and People.<\/p>\n
The couple was recently seen holding hands while at a post-Grammy party in February.<\/p>\n
The following month, they were also seen together at Madonna and Guy Oseary\u2019s Oscars bash and a Los Angeles Lakers game.<\/p>\n
