\n\tThe British weather might have turned wet, windy and wild this week, but HUNTR\/X<\/a>\u2019s \u201cGolden\u201d still shines bright as it spends a fifth non-consecutive week as U.K. No. 1 (Sep. 5).<\/p>\n

\n\tThe breakout song from Netflix\u2019s hit animation KPop Demon Hunters<\/a> extends its streak as the Official Singles Chart<\/a>\u2019s longest-running K-pop No. 1 single; PSY\u2019s \u201cGangnam Style\u201d is the only other song from the genre to have hit the top spot, doing so for a sole week in 2012. \u201cGolden\u201d is credited to the fictional group HUNTR\/X, and is sung by EJAE, Audrey Nuna and Rei Ami.<\/p>\n

\n\tTwo additional songs from the flick land in the top 10 with Saja Boys\u2019 \u201cSoda Pop\u201d (No. 5) and \u201cYour Idol\u201d (No. 8) contributing to the film\u2019s dominance. Elsewhere K-pop thrives with girl group TWICE<\/a> seeing success with two singles \u2013 \u201cTakedown\u201d (No. 24) and \u201cStrategy\u201d (No. 32) \u2013 landing on the charts. Following their shows at Wembley Stadium<\/a>, BLACKPINK\u2019s \u201cJUMP\u201d bounces to No. 34.<\/p>\n

\n\tOlivia Dean<\/a>\u2019s \u201cMan I Need\u201d finishes the week at No. 2, her highest spot ever on the U.K. Singles Chart. Three other songs also land in the top 40 with \u201cNice To Each Other\u201d (No. 9), Sam Fender collaboration \u201cRein Me In\u201d (No. 11) and 2023\u2019s \u201cDive\u201d (No. 22) all having strong weeks. Last week Dean sold out her entire U.K. arena tour<\/a> \u2013 including four dates at The O2 in London \u2013 and \u201cMan I Need\u201d has also cracked the Hot 100<\/a>, finishing the week at No. 82.<\/p>\n

\n\tAlongside her triumph<\/a> on the U.K. Albums Chart with Man\u2019s Best Friend, Sabrina Carpenter<\/a> places three songs in the top 10 with \u201cTears\u201d closing the week at No. 3, \u201cManchild\u201d at No. 4, and \u201cMy Man on Willpower\u201d at No. 7.<\/p>\n

\n\tFollowing their respective sold-out shows in London, classic hits from Coldplay (\u201cSparks\u201d, No. 19) and Gorillaz (\u201cFeel Good Inc\u201d, No. 30) both make appearances in the top 40.<\/p>\n
