Mamamoo have announced that they will finally tour the United States again later this year.<\/p>\n

The K-Pop<\/a> four-piece announced plans to get back together after pursuing solo and side-projects last year, and to mark their return, they\u2019re setting out on a world tour.<\/p>\n

The group\u2014which comprises Solar, Moonbyul, Wheein, and Hwasa\u2014will perform at seven cities across the United States this August. They\u2019ll hit up New York, Illinois, Texas, California, and Washington as part of the tour, which starts on August 12 and runs to the end of the month.<\/p>\n

Mamamoo previously announced that they would launch their world tour in June, starting in South Korea\u2019s capital, Seoul. Following the shows in Seoul, they\u2019re scheduled to perform in Kaohsiung, Macau, Singapore, Manila, and Hong Kong.<\/p>\n

The last time Mamamoo performed in the United States was as part of their 2023 world tour. With two Korean-language albums and two Japanese-language albums to their name, the four-piece has pursued solo careers in recent years but never indicated that they wouldn\u2019t reunite down the road.<\/p>\n

Their newly announced world tour will also mark a rare example of a major artist utilizing independent concert promotion companies, foregoing the usual practice of working with Live Nation or AEG. Instead, Mamamoo\u2019s world tour is being handled by Mammoth Live and Sugar Monkey Live, the latter of which has worked on tours for the likes of Rod Wave, Lauryn Hill, and P1Harmony.<\/p>\n

In addition to general access tickets, presale for which begins on Friday (May 1) at 10 a.m. Eastern time, fans can also purchase various VIP packages, including reserved front row seats and one-on-one photo opportunities. One of the packages will also allow fans to gain access to a pre-show soundcheck party.<\/p>\n
