D.6 Astrophysics Research and Analysis Program (APRA)<\/a> solicits basic research proposals for investigations that are relevant to NASA’s programs in astronomy and astrophysics and includes research over the entire range of photons, gravitational waves, and particle astrophysics.<\/p>\n

D.7 Strategic Astrophysics Technology (SAT)<\/a> is designed to support the maturation of key technologies for which feasibility has already been demonstrated (i.e., TRL 3), for potential infusion in spaceflight missions (TRL 6).<\/p>\n

ROSES-2025 Amendment 56 <\/strong>releases final text and due dates for D.6 APRA<\/a> and D.7 SAT<\/a>.<\/p>\n

For D.6 APRA<\/a> Mandatory Notices of Intent are due June 25, 2026, and proposals are due August 6, 2026.<\/p>\n

For D.7 SAT<\/a> Notices of Intent are requested by June 25, 2026, and proposals are due August 6, 2026.<\/p>\n

On or about May8, 2026, this Amendment to the NASA Research Announcement “Research Opportunities in Space and Earth Sciences (ROSES) 2025” (NNH25ZDA001N) will be posted on the NASA research opportunity homepage at https:\/\/solicitation.nasaprs.com\/ROSES2025<\/a><\/p>\n
