This article focuses on non-household consumers with an annual consumption between 500 Megawatt-hours (MWh) and 2 000 MWh.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"ecl-u-type-paragraph\">Electricity prices for non-household consumers have been on a mild downward trend at the EU level since the first half of 2023, when the average price was \u20ac21.51 per 100 kWh. In the second half of 2023, prices decreased to \u20ac20.03 per 100 kWh, and then further decreased to \u20ac18.85 in the first half of 2024, before slightly increasing to \u20ac19.41 in the second half of 2024 and decreasing to \u20ac19.03 in the first half of 2025.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"ecl-u-type-paragraph\">The highest electricity prices in the second half of 2025 were observed in Ireland (\u20ac25.52 per 100 kWh), Cyprus (\u20ac24.29) and Germany (\u20ac22.64). The highest decreases were registered in Slovenia (-16.6%), Luxembourg (-15.8%) and France (-14.1%).<\/p>\n<p class=\"ecl-u-type-paragraph\">On the other hand, there were increases in 5 EU countries, namely Romania (+15.4%), Sweden (+9.4%), Bulgaria (+6.8%), Belgium (+2.8%) and Slovakia (+1.4%).
