“Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Dorit Kemsley<\/strong><\/a> spiraled in texts to her ex PK Kemsley<\/strong><\/a> due to her believing their L.A. home was set to be sold at a foreclosure auction, TMZ has learned.<\/p>\n

TMZ obtained alleged texts exchanged between Dorit and PK on April 26, 2026.<\/p>\n

Dorit wrote, \u201cI received a letter in the mail saying the house is going to auction sale April 30. Are you aware?\u201d<\/p>\n

PK replied, \u201cNo.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cReally scary PK,\u201d Dorit said. Her ex responded, \u201cYou\u2019ve read it wrong or it\u2019s a fake email suggest you send it to me.\u201d<\/p>\n

Dorit told PK it was not fake and then sent a copy of the letter via text. She said, \u201cWhy haven\u2019t you paid the arrears and taken it out of foreclosure yet.\u201d<\/p>\n

PK told Dorit she was mistaken and the letter was from someone offering to help since they were behind on the mortgage.<\/p>\n

Dorit said, \u201cHow do you know there\u2019s no auction on April 30? I don\u2019t think we are aware of everything that is happening now that the foreclosure has been registered.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cYou have a fast track to resolving the issues with the house and that is to sign the agreements that have been provided,\u201d PK replied. \u201cTo date you have chosen a different path that leads to a different result.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cWhat are you talking about,\u201d Dorit said. \u201cI\u2019m waiting on you. I\u2019ve told you 100 different ways I will sign the agreement, but you haven\u2019t paid the arrears or taken it out of foreclosure and now your lawyer is delaying.\u201d<\/p>\n

She added, \u201cAre you now saying you won\u2019t pay the arrears and take the house out of foreclosure like you promised?\u201d<\/p>\n

Dorit asked, \u201cIs this another game that you\u2019re playing with mine and the children\u2019s lives?\u201d<\/p>\n

As TMZ first reported, PK is asking<\/strong><\/a> a judge to force the sale of their marital home, which they have about $6M in mortgage debt on, amid their bitter divorce. He claims she has blown off paying the bills and spent over a million dollars on luxury items.
