The Season 12 premiere of \u201c90 Day Fianc\u00e9\u201d kicked off Sunday, introducing viewers to Catie, who had a very interesting reason for why she wanted to kiss guys other than her British fianc\u00e9, Josh.<\/p>\n
A press release for the all-new season described Catie as \u201ca free\u2011spirited Portlander\u201d with a \u201cspontaneous habit of making out with all her friends\u201d \u2014 and even strangers.<\/p>\n
During Sunday\u2019s premiere, the reality TV star, 26, claimed her \u201chabit\u201d stemmed from having obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). She recalled meeting Josh, 30, while traveling the world for three years and living a \u201ccarefree, nomadic\u201d lifestyle.<\/p>\n

Catie is engaged to 30-year-old Josh, who\u2019s British and much more reserved than her. TLC<\/p>\n
Catie explained that she actually met Josh\u2019s friend Dave first. They matched on the dating app Tinder and he invited her to hang out with his friends.<\/p>\n
She recalled hitting it off with Dave and making out with him that night. However, after he got kicked out of the bar, she made out with one of Dave\u2019s other friends, who she thought was \u201chot.\u201d<\/p>\n
Catie admitted that she also tried to make out with Dave\u2019s best friend, but he had a girlfriend. She then attempted to hook up with Josh, but he turned her down because she had already kissed two of his friends. But when he walked her home, they ended up passionately kissing on a bench.<\/p>\n
She later invited him to go to Milan and they got closer, and he eventually popped the question.<\/p>\n
Catie revealed in a confessional, however, that within the past two months, she had started kissing other guys while drunk.<\/p>\n
Catie revealed that she already made out with two of Josh\u2019s friends before kissing Josh on the night they met, and blamed having OCD on why she likes to make out with multiple people while drunk. TLC<\/p>\n
Catie also blamed her OCD on not securing an apartment for her and Josh to live in before he arrived from the UK to live with her in Portland. TLC<\/p>\n

\u201cI have intrusive thoughts as part of my OCD. When I get drunk, I really want to make out with everyone I know, especially when I\u2019m in a happy mood or in a really insecure bad mood,\u201d she explained. <\/p>\n
\u201cI just get really into the moment and I\u2019m like, \u2018I think making out with this person is a great idea.’\u201d<\/p>\n
She further acknowledged, \u201cAnd that isn\u2019t always exciting for Josh, especially because it\u2019s been a bit more frequent lately.\u201d<\/p>\n
Catie said she wanted to stop her habit of kissing other people, but that her brain had other plans for her while drinking.<\/p>\n
\u201cI\u2019m worried that this is going to be a hard thing to give up,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n
The couple happily reunited when she picked him up from the airport. TLC<\/p>\n
She then awkwardly asked him to make out with her for four minutes straight. TLC<\/p>\n
Later in the episode, Catie said her OCD was also to blame for when she failed to secure an apartment for her and Josh before he arrived from the UK to live with her, leaving them homeless.<\/p>\n
Still, cameras captured her excitedly picking up Josh from the airport, where she awkwardly repeatedly asked him to make out for four minutes.<\/p>\n
\u201cHe\u2019s super British and super reserved, so he tends to avoid conversations about sex,\u201d Catie noted of Josh, who then told cameras with an uncomfortable laugh, \u201cI\u2019ve never been super hot on PDA, just feel self-conscious.\u201d<\/p>\n
