This data center project is the largest AI infrastructure investment in Norway.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u200d<\/p>\n<p>The committed financing includes an additional $790 million uncommitted accordion feature to fund a further 115MW expansion at the Narvik AI data center. The financing follows Nscale\u2019s recently <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nscale.com\/press-releases\/nscale-microsoft-norway\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">signed agreement<\/a>, reinforcing the scale and strategic importance of the Narvik campus.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u200d<\/p>\n<p>This milestone builds on strong recent momentum for Nscale, including the $2 billion <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nscale.com\/press-releases\/nscale-series-c\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Series C<\/a> funding round in March 2026 \u2014 led by Aker ASA and 8090 Industries and the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nscale.com\/press-releases\/nscale-signs-1-4bn-delayed-draw-term-loan\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">$1.4 billion Delayed Draw Term Loan<\/a> in February 2026.<\/p>\n<p>\u200d<\/p>\n<p>ABN AMRO Bank N.V., DNB Bank ASA and Nordea Bank Abp, filial i Norge act as Bookrunners and together with Export Finance Norway (nw.
