{"id":481232,"date":"2026-05-12T17:59:14","date_gmt":"2026-05-12T17:59:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/ie\/481232\/"},"modified":"2026-05-12T17:59:14","modified_gmt":"2026-05-12T17:59:14","slug":"david-tennants-crowley-is-kidnapped-in-new-look-at-good-omens-season-3","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/ie\/481232\/","title":{"rendered":"David Tennant&#8217;s Crowley is kidnapped in new look at Good Omens season 3"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Good Omens season 3 is nearly upon us &#8211; and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.radiotimes.com\/tv\/fantasy\/good-omens-season-3-david-tennant-crowley-warning-newsupdate\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">David Tennant&#8217;s Crowley<\/a> has got himself into a right mess in a new look at the finale episode.<\/p>\n<p>An exclusive clip from the finale of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.radiotimes.com\/tv\/best-tv-shows-to-watch-on-amazon-prime-video-uk\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Prime Video&#8217;s<\/a> beloved fantasy series, which has been shared with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.radiotimes.com\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Radio Times<\/a>, sees the demon kidnapped by agents of Hell, led by Elizabeth Berrington&#8217;s Dagon.<\/p>\n<p>While Crowley points out that he quit sometime ago, asking &#8220;Didn&#8217;t you get the memo?&#8221;, Dagon has some crucial information for him. She reveals to him that Heaven has begun &#8220;Operation Second Coming&#8221; &#8211; and that very much captures Crowley&#8217;s attention.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Oh, I see. So the end times have begun, again?&#8221; the demon asks. &#8220;Well! That&#8217;s not to mention the two of them having to repair their relationship along the way, after things went awry when Crowley confessed his feelings last season.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.magazinesdirect.com\/uk\/single-issues\/sfx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">SFX<\/a>, Tennant previously teased: &#8220;Crowley has pretty much hit rock bottom at the start of this story.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Friendless, car-less and hopeless. He&#8217;s now sleeping in an old sleeping bag in an alleyway. But still not far from the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.radiotimes.com\/tv\/fantasy\/good-omens-bookshop-tour-exclusive-newsupdate\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">bookshop<\/a>. He&#8217;s keeping an eye. He&#8217;s very much a free agent now. He bears no allegiance to Heaven, Hell or anyone else. He&#8217;s not in a great place&#8230;&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Neil Gaiman, co-author of Good Omens, exited the TV series after he was accused of sexual assault, which he has strongly denied. The novelist has firmly denied any non-consensual or illegal conduct in a <a href=\"https:\/\/journal.neilgaiman.com\/2025\/01\/breaking-silence.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">statement<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>He said: &#8220;As I read through this latest collection of accounts, there are moments I half-recognise and moments I don&#8217;t, descriptions of things that happened sitting beside things that emphatically did not happen.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I&#8217;m far from a perfect person, but I have never engaged in non-consensual sexual activity with anyone.
